While doctors caution that travel soon after childbirth carries some risk, mothers interviewed by CNA said proximity to Johor hospitals like Gleneagles Medini and Columbia Asia Tebrau gave them peace of mind.
Ultimately, the trend reflects a growing appetite for structured, restful, and affordable confinement experiences — with Johor’s new generation of centres emerging as the preferred choice for many modern Singaporean parents.
